Oregano oil is very strong and highly concentrated so make sure to dilute it first.

Orally: Add 1- 3 drops in water. Dilute before drinking. Benefits: Anti-cancer, anti-ulcer, and promotes gut health.

Topically: Add 1 – 3 drops to a carrier oil like almond oil. Dilute before applying topically or it will sting on the skin. Stinging can last up to 10 minutes. Benefits: Anti-inflammatory, pain-relief, wound-healing, antibacterial, and anti-fungal.
