Inflammation is the root cause of cancer – allow me to explain myself…
Here’s the global cancer statistics and the numbers are from 2018.
There were an estimated 18 million cancer cases around the world – 9.5 million from men and 8.5 million from women. Men are statistically more unhealthy than women, and women actually have a longer lifespan than men. The top five cancers are lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer (colon and rectal cancer combined), prostate cancer, and stomach cancer.
Cancer Stems From INFLAMMATION
I dug deep into finding the similarities between all of these cancers, and what did I find? It’s inflammation within the cells and it starts from the cell membranes! Inflammatory foods cause your cell membranes to be inflamed which has a downstream effect of inflaming your cell nucleus. When your entire cell is inflamed, obviously your body is gonna shut down at some point! You start seeing medical conditions in your skin, in your brain, in your heart, in your lungs, in your organs – pretty much everywhere – so the common theme is inflammation.
I will explain the inflammatory pathway right here in this diagram. Visualize a cell – remember a cell membrane (Membrane Phospholipids) is the outer part and the cell nucleus is the inner part.

I know there’s a lot of chemical structures on this diagram but focus on three things: Arachidonic acid which converts eventually to Leukotriene B4 (LTB4) and Prostaglandin (specifically PGE2). Those three chemicals are the only ones to focus on since I’m simplifying the biochemistry so everyone can understand. When you have cancers like lung, breast, colorectal, prostate, stomach, etc. – all of these cancers have too much inflammation inside the cells (specifically too much LTB4 and PGE2).

Ask yourself – where does Arachidonic acid come from? Arachidonic acid come from meats and eggs!! The bad Omega 6 fatty acids from vegetable oils, junk food, and sugary food eventually convert to Arachidonic acid as well!
My goal for you is to reduce inflammation in your cells as much as possible through diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices.
