White blood cells (specifically T cells) release cytokines as an immune response to foreign substances (antigens). Antigens can be infections, environmental triggers, but in 90% of cases – it comes from inflammatory foods!

WRONG – your immune system can wrongly interpret the molecular structure of “healthy” food including vegetables and fruits as antigens attacking the body!
